Farewell David and Wendy!

Aaron's folks David and Wendy came to visit us for 10 days. We had many adventures including a trip to Kyoto and many viewings of the cherry blossoms in bloom.

Here we are on our last evening together. We went out for okonomiyaki, a savory pancake filled with cabbage. Here's the folks enjoying a little grilled vegetable for the appetizer.



During cherry blossom season, the Japanese line the streets with pink and red lanterns. A very kind man offered to take our picture.



David and Wendy---thanks for such a lovely time. We love you so much & Mia & Rhett are already asking when they can see you next.
