NINJA!!!!

Here's Aaron & Travis in our private room at "Ninja". We were there for a farewell party for one of Aaron's co-workers. The restaurant is dark, with trap doors, draw bridges, and servers a plenty with full ninja garb. It is laid out like a labyrinth---so finding the bathroom was challenge. It sounds kitchy, but it was actually really cool. The ninja-magician even gave Travis a ninja star as a keepsake. I wonder if homeland security will take it from him upon re-entry to the United States? Hmmmm.....Here's a link to the place:

This is Travis's entree of sweet and sour pork. The pork was cooked in black squid ink. I think this picture that Travis took is so artistic, his dinner is almost glowing!

Here's the sushi that accompanied dinner. Most people ordered the 12 course steak dinner. I ordered the 14 course vegetarian dinner and it was fantastic!

Travis, being the adventurous guy he is, tried sushi for the first time. He tried raw tuna and shrimp and said it was, "OK."

For dessert Travis ordered, "Frog-looking cheesecake with fruits inside." It was both beautiful and tasty.

This is a great place for foreigners and I know that we'll be back. I thought this place would be mobbed with Americans, but we were the only Westerners there.
