Well it's official folks---Rhett climbed up the stairs for the first time this morning. All he needed was his big sis to spurn him on! As of May 7th, 2007, we have a mini-mountain climber on our hands. Watch out Mt. Fuji. Mia was the same way as a little one, completely agile and fearless. She walked at 11 months, we'll see if he's on the same trajectory. He's 9 months now.

Such a strong little guy. This morning after breakfast I set him down near the stairs. I left him there for two minutes and when I returned he'd climbed up two steps by himself. Time to get the baby gates installed so he doesn't take a tumble down the stairs.
Gambatte! Which is Japanese for courage and good luck (I think).

ANyhow . . . I can't believe Rhett is climbing. God! Maeve has yet to roll but she's close--she goes to her side but not all the way over. However, she can almost sit up by herself at 5.5 mos!
Apparently, I walked badly at 10.5 mos and tara walked perfectly at 12 mos. Hmm.
Vamos Papa Lindo!! I think he is going to walk soon like Mia , good to know how they are doing like they were here. Chauuuu!
Pappa Aaron climbed up a ladder onto a garage roof when he was two y/o. I shouldn't have been reading that newspaper. Fortunately, he didn't take the express route down.
