Monkey see, monkey do!

Mia died and went to heaven at the Phuket Zoo. She got to hold and pet every animal imaginable. We saw monkey and elephant shows. She loved the monkeys the most, though. She was thrilled to know that we came from the same ancestors. Here's Mia with some of the smaller primates, the short-tailed macaque monkeys.



Mia and the orangutan were especially fond of each other...

...to the point of Mia feeding grapes to her reclined friend. Dian Fossey watch out!

Mia liked feeding the baby tiger, but she was a little wary of the sharp claws and teeth.
